Shalom, Kol Ami!

In Shushan, far far away, the Megillah, you will read! Adar means only one thing!  Be happy and have fun!  Purim is coming to a shul near you (Kol Ami)! We have a Star Wars themed Purim this year and hope you will attend some or ALL of the events that we have planned! Be sure to check out the website to pre-order your tickets and wristbands. A carnival sponsor, you will be!

Last month, we had our World Wide Wrap with Brotherhood.  Our 3rd-7th graders joined the minyan to learn about tefillin from our Brotherhood.  We had a great turn out.  Thank you to Jon Zimmer and Craig Kalter for organizing and teaching about this Mitzvah!

.

This month, we have all things Purim.  We are still looking for people who are interested in participating in the Spiel. Please send me or Rabbi Blatt an email so we can get you a part in the play!  We can also use all the help we can get with set-up, running the booths, and clean up for the carnival! Please click this link to volunteer! https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080B4FA9A92AA1F85-48171931-purim  We will also be making Hamantaschen on Wednesday night, March 20th in the school!  We will invite all our students from PreK-6th grade, so mark your calendars for this fun baking event!

March also means Spring Break!  We will not have classes on Sunday in March until our Purim Carnival on March 24th.  Our 3rd-7th graders will still have Wednesday school except for the week of Spring Break.  Keep practicing your prayers even though we are not in school.  We have our All School Shabbat on Friday night, April 12th.  We have been working hard on prayers all year, and we want to show off what we have learned!  We will also have dinner that evening, so make sure you can attend!

I look forward to seeing you all at the exciting events we have planned this month!  Join us!

Am Israel Chai,
