Jennifer Halls Education Director

Jennifer Halls has lived in North Tampa for almost 20 years. An Air Force brat, she moved around often during her childhood, quickly learning to make friends everywhere, and loved every minute of it. She moved to Tampa in 1998, settling down with her family and parents, Anita and Herman Greenberg, who were to retire here. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a double-major in Political Science and History. Shortly after, she earned her teaching credentials at the University of South Florida. (Go Bulls!) Jennifer has been teaching high school Social Studies and Math, in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties for the past 20 years. She is currently teaching at Chamberlain High School. A very involved member of the Jewish community, she’s been a religious school youth educator for 20 years in Tampa, including 9 years at Kol Ami. Jennifer has three children that each attended Kol Ami’s Religious School, Kol Yeladim. Jennifer enjoys sharing her passion for learning with the youth of Kol Ami.
