Kol Yeladim School Board

Kol Ami School Board

The Kol Yeladim school board works with the Education Director to set policy for and oversee the running of the Kol Yeladim Religious school. The School Board is always interested in new members with different and creative ideas.

The Kol Yeladim School Board members frequently volunteer at the school and coordinate volunteers for school related events. Volunteers are needed for school events including the Chanukah party, the Purim carnival, various model seders, and other holiday celebrations including the kid’s favorite day of hamantaschen baking. Volunteers are welcome to assist with tasks during religious school hours as well. Volunteering can be a very rewarding experience for both you and your child. The kids love to see their parents involved in their classrooms, and as a parent it is rewarding to watch your child learn and grow within the realm of their Jewish education and identity.

Although new board members are welcome, you do not need to become a member of the Kol Yeladim School board in order to volunteer at Kol Yeladim. If you are interested in being on the school board or volunteering to reach out to the school board chair Shaina Shuford at kolamischoolboard@gmail.com, or to any other school board member, or to Jenn Halls West, our Education Director.
