Shalom Kol Ami- 
Chag Pesach Sameach!  

  Each year, I really enjoy getting prepared for my Seder and cleaning out my kitchen in preparation for Pesach. I hope you all have enjoyed getting ready for Pesach too and are looking forward to meaningful Seders with your family and friends. The rituals of Judaism are a very important aspect of my Jewish identity, and I hope that you have your own rituals that make you feel more connected to all the Jewish people!  Now that we are in the middle of our celebration of our Exodus from Egypt, we can appreciate that we have been “free” to gather again with our families and friends for the telling of the story!  As always, let us remember all our fun from last month. 

 Our Purim Carnival and Megillah Reading were so much fun!  A huge shout-out to Shaina Shuford, Tamar Blomster, Alissa Chernin, Lynn Chernin, Ari Horowitz, and Camile Romay for helping with set-up and clean-up of this event!  We cannot do these programs without the help of our community! Yasher koach!  Also, thank you to Kol Ami Sisterhood for helping bake hamantaschen with our students! Thank you to Cindy Korenvaes, Lisa Teblum, Samantha Ruffkess, Cass Fisher, Jill Chazan, Ari Horowitz, and MK Williams for all you did to make this event a success! 

 Our PreK-2^nd graders led our Pizza and PJ Shabbat on Friday night, March 31^st. A huge thank you to their teacher Ms. Jen for preparing them for this fun night! They created the cutest skit for our service and really showed off all they have learned this year so far! 

 This month, we have several programs after Passover that we hope you can join with us and attend.  We have our next Pizza and PJ Shabbat on April 21^st and our In-Person Yom Ha’atzmaut program on Wednesday, April 26^th.  Come and celebrate Israeli Independence Day with us!  We will have FOOD, Fun, and Learning! 

 We will not have religious school in observance of Passover on April 5^th, April 9^th, or April 12^th.  We will return on Sunday, April 16^th!  The year is almost over, but we still have so much to learn!
