Friday, February 12, 2021 30 Shevat 5781

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Register HERE for VROOM into Shabbat Service ONLY.

If you intend to stay for Parking Lot Shabbat Service at 6:30 pm, you must register for that also, separately, on that event page. Please register each person that will be attending the service.

Thank you for registering for our in person
VRoom into Shabbat Parking Lot Services Program!

Once you have completed the form below you will receive an email from Mitchell Weiss, Kol Ami executive director, confirming your attendance at the service you requested. Upon arrival, you will be directed to a parking spot -- we will use every other spot to assist in social distancing. We'll make an announcement once everyone has parked so that you can set up chairs behind or next to your car. A few more specifics:

• Everyone MUST complete their own registration and health questionnaire, even if you will be arriving in a car with multiple people
• If there are children in your car, please complete a registration form for them separate from your own registration
• Masks need to be worn at all times.

• For everyone’s safety, you must remain until the end of services.
• Restrooms will be open if needed. Only people from one household may enter at a time.
• To ensure social distancing, please remain behind your car/in your assigned spot

But what if it rains? We will monitor the weather closely that day. Should we need to cancel, we will text the congregation if there is a change in plan.

Health Questionnaire - Please be prepared for each participant to answer the health questions again when you arrive at the program.
Congregation Kol Ami is committed to make reasonable efforts to protect the health, welfare and safety of all of our members, but cannot guarantee or otherwise assure that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Everyone is required to follow the guidelines of the CDC, the various health organizations, and Kol Ami while on synagogue property. These guidelines are mandatory and subject to change at any time.
While you may complete these questions on the day you register for entry into the building, you MUST also consider the questions the day you DO enter the building. If any of your answers to these questions have changed, DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING.

At this point in time, do you have any of the following symptoms?
