YAHRZEIT INFORMATION                           

We are delighted that you have chosen to become a part of the Congregation Kol Ami family. Yahrzeit is how we ritualistically commemorate and remember the death of a loved one. The date of the Yahrzeit, which is calculated according to the Hebrew calendar, is the anniversary of the death. At Kol Ami, the yahrzeit is observed and announced at the religious service closest to the anniversary of the date of death.
