This is a USY Led Event, all proceeds will benefit USY programming.
USYer's will be providing babysitting services, along with Alissa Chernin, our USY Advisor.

Children being registered for babysitting are required to be potty trained.

Please feel free to have your child(ren) wear their favorite Pajamas, bring their favorite blanket, stuffed animal, and pillow. We will be providing a light snack during the movie being shown.

 
Please provide First Name, Last Name, and Contact Phone Number for someone to reach in the event of an emergency and you cannot be reached.
By placing my name here permission is hereby granted by the undersigned parent(s) or guardian(s) for my child(ren) to attend the event at Congregation Kol Ami.
