Jennifer Halls has lived in North Tampa for almost 20 years. An Air Force brat, she moved around often during her childhood, quickly learning to make friends everywhere and loved every minute of it. She moved to Tampa in 1998 settling down with her family and parents, Anita & Herman Greenberg who were to retire here. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a double-major in Political Science and History. Shortly after, earning her teaching credentials at the University of South Florida, Go Bulls! Jennifer has been teaching high school, both Social Studies & Math, here in Hillsborough County & Pasco County for the past 20 years. She is currently teaching at Chamberlain High School. A greatly-involved member of the Jewish community, she’s been a religious school youth educator for 20 years in Tampa including 9 years at Kol Ami. She has three children that each attended Kol Ami’s Religious School. Jennifer, Chris and her whole family are excited for this new adventure and looking forward to sharing her passion for learning with the youth of Kol Ami.
