Religious Services

At its heart, a synagogue is a Bet Refill, a House of Prayer. We welcome you to Shabbat and other religious services, and look forward to meeting you.


Schedule of Services

Friday Evenings (Kabbalat Shabbat): 6:30 p.m. (approximately 45-60 minutes)

Shabbat (Saturday) Mornings: 9:30 a.m. (until approximately noon)

Sunday Mornings: 9:15 a.m. (approximately 30 minutes)

Monday - Thursday Evenings: 7:30 p.m. (approximately 15 minutes)

Other services (Holy Days, etc.): Posted in the synagogue and on the synagogue calendar.

Shabbat Dinner Program

Once a month, our Fellowship Committee organizes a wonderful Shabbat Dinner at the synagogue after Friday night services. This program has been very exciting and successful. For the latest information on Shabbat dinners, please refer to the Calendar of Events on the home page. Please contact the synagogue for more information. Reservations are required in advance.

Junior Congregation

Twice monthly, we have Junior Congregation Services for children through Bar and Bat Mitzvah age. Of course, children are always welcome at our main service. A Junior Congregation schedule is available in the office. Refer to Calendar of Events for dates.

Kiddie Kabbalat

If you have a toddler between the ages of 2 and 5, Kol Ami is the place to be! Watch for our monthly Kiddie Kabbalat program featuring Avi the Dinosaur and Devorah the Duck.

Participation of Women in Services

Our Congregation is totally egalitarian. Women are counted in the minyan, called to the Torah, read Torah and Haftorah, open the ark, and serve as Shlichat Tzibur (leader of prayer).
